Heist Society:
In terms of new Heist Society is keeping quite a low profile. This basically means that Warner Bros (Who have acquired the rights to heist society) are still thinking about actually putting money into this.
But the good news is that the project seems to be going somewhere. Warner Bros have had talks with Denise Di Novi, Alison Greenspan and Drew Barrymore who all seem to be signed on as producers. Just recently it has been announced that Drew Barrymore has agreed to direct the film.
The author Ally Carter mentions that she has spoken with Warner Bros and they have all agreed that it would be beneficial to 'age up' the characters of heist society from teens in high school to young people in college. The IMDB website has predicted that Heist Society will be out 2012.
The second book in the Heist society series released recently this year is called 'Uncommon Criminals' By Ally Carter
Here is a brief Synopsis of the story: A young woman, Katarina Bishop, comes from a long line of master thieves.
